These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Gökmil Turizm Ltd., operating under the trade name DOMETAXI.com. By placing an order through our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

DOMETAXI.com provides transportation and related travel services. The details of the service (route, date, time, price, and payment method) are displayed to the customer before completing the order.

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted all service details.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

  • All prices are displayed before payment and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayTR.
  • DOMETAXI.com does not store credit or debit card information.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Transportation services are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal under TRNC Distance Contracts legislation.
  • Cancellations and refund requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of the service time may not be refunded.
  • Refunds are evaluated in accordance with DOMETAXI.com policies and, where applicable, the rules of third-party providers (airlines, bus companies, car rental firms).

5. SERVICE PERFORMANCE

  • Services are provided on the scheduled date and time selected during booking.
  • If the service cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed and the payment will be refunded.
  • The company is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including valid passport, visa, and health documentation.
  • Any incorrect or incomplete information provided during booking is the responsibility of the customer.

7. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the TRNC Personal Data Protection Law.
  • Customer information is used solely for service provision and legal obligations.
  • By using the service, the customer consents to the processing of their personal data for these purposes.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within legal monetary limits; otherwise, TRNC Courts are competent.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By completing a booking via DOMETAXI.com, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

İşbu Şartlar ve Koşullar, Gökmil Turizm Ltd. tarafından DOMETAXI.com markası altında sunulan hizmetlerin kullanımına ilişkindir.
DOMETAXI.com internet sitesi veya mobil uygulaması üzerinden yapılan her rezervasyon, bu şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.

2. HİZMET KAPSAMI

DOMETAXI.com, ulaşım ve ilgili seyahat hizmetleri sunar.
Hizmete ait güzergâh, tarih, saat, ücret ve ödeme bilgileri, sipariş tamamlanmadan önce kullanıcıya açıkça gösterilir.

Siparişin onaylanmasıyla birlikte kullanıcı, hizmet detaylarını inceleyip kabul ettiğini beyan eder.

3. FİYATLAR VE ÖDEME

  • Tüm fiyatlar ödeme öncesinde gösterilir.
  • Ödemeler güvenli PayTR altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
  • DOMETAXI.com hiçbir şekilde kredi/banka kartı bilgisi saklamaz.

4. İPTAL VE İADE KOŞULLARI

  • Ulaşım hizmetleri, KKTC Mesafeli Sözleşmeler mevzuatı gereği cayma hakkı kapsamı dışında kalabilir.
  • Hizmet saatinden en az 24 saat önce yapılan iptal talepleri kabul edilir.
  • Hizmete 24 saatten az süre kala yapılan iptal taleplerinde iade yapılmayabilir.
  • İade işlemleri, DOMETAXI.com iptal/iade politikaları ve varsa ilgili üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarının (havayolu, otobüs firması, araç kiralama vb.) kuralları doğrultusunda değerlendirilir.

5. HİZMETİN İFASI

  • Hizmet, rezervasyon sırasında belirtilen tarih ve saatte sunulur.
  • Hizmetin mücbir sebeplerle yerine getirilememesi halinde kullanıcı bilgilendirilir ve ödeme iade edilir.
  • Mücbir sebeplerden kaynaklanan gecikmelerden DOMETAXI.com sorumlu tutulamaz.

6. KULLANICI YÜKÜMLÜLÜKLERİ

  • Kullanıcı, seyahat için gerekli pasaport, vize, sağlık belgeleri ve diğer yasal gereklilikleri sağlamakla yükümlüdür.
  • Rezervasyon sırasında girilen bilgilerin doğru ve eksiksiz olması kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

7. KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI

  • Kişisel veriler, KKTC Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Yasası’na uygun olarak işlenir ve korunur.
  • Veriler yalnızca hizmetin sunulması ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla kullanılır.
  • Hizmeti kullanan kullanıcı, kişisel verilerinin bu kapsamda işlenmesini kabul eder.

8. UYGULANACAK HUKUK VE YETKİ

İşbu Şartlar ve Koşullar, KKTC hukukuna tabidir.
Uyuşmazlıklarda, parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, bu sınırların aşılması halinde KKTC Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

9. KABUL

DOMETAXI.com üzerinden yapılan her rezervasyonla birlikte kullanıcı, bu Şartlar ve Koşulları okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder.
