Is your company licensed and full insured ?

All vehicles of the Dome Taxi are licensed.Ride with our fully licensed proisional drivers and enjoy at your journey.

Are the prices per taxi or per person ?

All our prices are per taxi.

What happens if my flight is delayed ?

Regardless of how long the delay will be, your driver and vehicle will be waiting for you. We are in constant contact with the arrival lounges and airplane information points for that reason and we will make everything possible to adjust your vehicle pick up time.If you do know that your fligt will be delayed, please inform us in any way. However you are strongly advised to confirm your updated travel arrangements.

Will the driver really wait for me? How will they know ıt’s me ?

Yes, the driver will of course be waiting for you. We monitor all flights. This is why you are asked to enter your flight arrival details. It is important that these are correct. Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival point bearing a sign with YOUR name clearly displayed. If for any reason you do not locate the driver or the driver cannot locate you (delay at customs, arriving a different exit, etc) we will try to contact you on the telephone number supplied in your booking form. It is your responsibility to contact us on the emergency telephone number as clearly stated on your confirmation e-mail. Please note, failing to do so might result in cancellation service.

Can I pay by credit card ?

Yes, you may pay by credit card in advance.

We have children traveling with us.Can you provide child/infant seats ?

Yes,please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer.

I have completed a booking form will receive an e-mail confirmation ?

Yes, we will confirm your booking withing 24 hours of receipt.If your transfer is within 24 hours from the time of booking,please call us for quick confirmation.

How early do I need to book my car ?

The earlier the better.However,12 hours would be recommended.If you are making a last minute booking,it is best to call us to confirm.

Can I cancel my booking ?

Yes,you can cancel or postpone a booking.please see Terms and Conditions

If my booking a private or shared transfer ?

All bookings offered are for private transfer and only official cars authorised by local transport authorities are used.Your group will travel ina vehicle for exclusive use.

I need receipt / invoice of the contracted services.Can you provide it for me after the booking's been carried out ?

Yes,please request your invoice by e-mail at [email protected] and you will receive the receipt corresponding to your booking.
